Job Description

– Prepare & review production plan (weekly & daily) with Plant manager.

·      Responsible for day-to-day production activity (Lines & Utilities) and control of production staff – manpower

·      Follow up IMS & accomplish set goals & objectives efficiencies under IMS program.

·      Organize maintenance with the maintenance manager and with other staff as per the maintenance program.

·      Liaison with QA mgr. for maintaining product quality.

·      Supervise breakdown and implement corrective action as and when required.

·      Responsible for implementing GMP in liaison with other staff.

·      Coordinate with other managers implementing pest control programs.

·      Submit production reports daily after production.

·      Maintain production records and manuals.

·      Monitor raw materials & coordinate Incoming material inspection with Logistic staff.

·      Assigned as EMS coordinator.

·      Knowledge of Production line Operation /Maintenance troubleshooting and fault finding.

·      Responsible for safe operation for production staff and equipment, implementing and following safety programs and procedures.
