Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel reception desk.
  • Efficiently check guests in and out of their rooms, ensuring accuracy in reservation details and payment processing.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to guests.
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes using hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, including handling paperwork, mail, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Must have Arabic and English proficiency; Additional languages are a plus.
  • Must have Hotel software knowledge.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist; 1-2 years of experience working in a hotel is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
