• Provide sales support with competitive quotes, order reports, and supplier negotiations to help close deals.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team for efficient order fulfilment and quick response to customer inquiries.
• Maintain communication with customers on order status and address inquiries promptly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for back-office tasks and internal team coordination.
