by the guests.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Stays current with developments in the hotel by reviewing Service Manager\u2019s E-log each shift and checking<\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Information board.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Arranges fulfilment of guest services by working with Bell staff, Housekeeping, Reservations and F&amp;D.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Follows-up and verifies arrivals by updating registration cards in regards to spelling of guest\u2019s name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, method of payment, guest\u2019s preferences.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Handles incoming guest room reservations.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Handles reservations for guests with rental cars, restaurants, etc.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Is aware at all times of current room status and room availability.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Is fully aware of Radisson Blu service concepts.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Is fully aware of and knows how to handle all current and future hotel promotions.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Utilises yield management to maximize room revenue.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Increases hotel revenue by promoting food and drink alternatives within the hotel.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Knows the names of key people within The Radisson Hotel Group.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Minimizes loss of revenue by adhering to all established credit procedures.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Ensures all guests establish credit upon check-in.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Monitors customer accounts to insure adherence to hotel credit limits by completing high balance reports and<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0verifies accuracy of registration information.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Receives proper approval codes for credit card paying customers.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Identifies and records special billing instructions.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Completes shift closing accurately by getting appropriate approval signatures.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Adheres to hotel policies regarding the use of cash banks.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Communicates effectively with guests, colleagues and superiors.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed.<\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Handles difficult situations effectively.<\/div>\n<div>Demonstrates working
