Breakfast Kitchen Operations Management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily breakfast production in all assigned branches.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all breakfast items are prepared according to recipe standards and presentation\u00a0guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper workflow, timely preparation, and smooth operation during peak hours.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with branch teams to ensure adequate stock and readiness for service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2. Menu Execution &amp; Quality Standards<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute the breakfast menu developed by the Executive Chef.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, texture, and plating.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular tasting and quality checks to guarantee product excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest improvements or new ideas related to the breakfast menu when needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Food Preparation &amp; Production Control<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage preparation schedules to match demand forecasts accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper portion control, ingredient usage, and minimal wastage.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor production output and adjust as required during busy periods.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee mise-en-place setup for all breakfast dishes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Staff Management &amp; Training<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise breakfast cooks, line cooks, and prep staff during operations.<\/li>\n<li>Train staff on recipe execution, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure staff follow proper kitchen procedures, hygiene, and safety rules.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate scheduling, manpower allocation, and shift assignments for breakfast teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Hygiene, Safety &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation rules.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct daily checks to ensure workstations, equipment, and storage areas are clean and safe.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff hygiene and adherence to safety procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the Executive Chef for audits and compliance checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Inventory &amp; Cost Control<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor stock levels of breakfast ingredients and kitchen supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate daily consumption reporting and minimal wastage.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the purchasing team for timely restocking of breakfast items.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in controlling food costs through efficient usage and portioning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7. Equipment &amp; Maintenance Oversight<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure breakfast-related equipment is functioning properly.<\/li>\n<li>Report equipment issues immediately and coordinate repairs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper storage and care for all tools and kitchen appliances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>8.
