Display aggressive hospitality through positive personality with both guest and fellow associates.<\/p>\n<p>Take pride in all facets of service with a clean professional appearance and keep a sparkling clean dining room at all times.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Self-motivate by consistently focus on guest satisfaction &amp; deliver service excellence.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Assist in restaurant service by bussing and resetting tables in a speedy and organized manner. Stock and replenish silverware and napkins in service stations. Maintain a sparkling clean restaurant with high sanitation standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform efficiently within the designated time frame.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Adhere to opening and closing procedure<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Share recommendations and guest comments to Restaurant Supervisor and Restaurant Supervisor Management team to reflect current customer profile.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Punch in and check for work assignment after reporting to work.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Clean all chinaware, flatware, glassware, outlet furniture and all necessary to keep outlet clean, tidy according Hotel Standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Set up your service station and check, prior to outlet opening hour:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cleanliness of tables<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Cleanliness of chairs<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Assure the table ware well setup and nothing is missing.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follow all Novotel policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Report to work on scheduled days at time by following uniform and appearance standards.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work as a team within the outlet and entire hotels<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follow all safety policies to ensure a safe work area.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Be knowledgeable of menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
