Elite Co. is a GCC wide trusted logistics and supply chain solutions with a strong reputation for excellence and reliability.<\/p>\n

We are looking for a dedicated Helper to support our team in daily operations.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Provide efficient delivery and installation services for IKEA product shipments.<\/li>\n
  • Sort and scan IKEA shipments according to customer addresses.<\/li>\n
  • Safely load and unload shipments from vehicles.<\/li>\n
  • Review work orders in UZ app to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.<\/li>\n
  • Deliver and install products at the customer\u2019s location.<\/li>\n
  • Obtain customer signatures upon completion of delivery and installation.<\/li>\n
  • Examine assembled products to ensure quality standards.<\/li>\n
  • Report any customer issues or concerns promptly to the coordinator.<\/li>\n
  • Collect customer payments and remit them daily to the coordinator.<\/li>\n
  • Return signed delivery orders daily after assembly.<\/li>\n
  • Utilize and maintain a variety of hand tools and power equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure packages are not damaged throughout the delivery and handling process.<\/li>\n
  • Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.<\/li>\n
  • Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain professional attire, cleanliness, and proper conduct to present the company\u2019s image.<\/li>\n
  • Follow company policies and regulations related to safety and environmental standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Skills:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Preferably 2 years of experience as a helper in Qatar<\/li>\n
    • Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks<\/li>\n
    • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player<\/li>\n
    • Basic communication skills in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
