Identify and escalate any discrepancies. Identify any damage and raise a claim with Logistics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shelving:<\/strong>\u00a0Adhere to the first-in, first-out principle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Replenishment Alerts:<\/strong>\u00a0Notify management of replenishment needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Returns to Warehouse:<\/strong>\u00a0Segregate damaged or end-of-life (EOL) products from healthy stock, pack them, and organize their pick-up by the warehouse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Price Verification:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure labels match the system prices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inter-Boutique Transfers:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage transfers between boutiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Urgent Home Deliveries:<\/strong>\u00a0Handle urgent home delivery orders efficiently.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Stock Monitoring<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Expiration Dates:<\/strong>\u00a0Regularly check expiration dates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery Claims Tracker:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain a tracker for all delivery claims and update progress.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Testers Usage Tracker:<\/strong>\u00a0Keep track of testers usage and alert on replenishment needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>GWPs &amp; Samples Tracker:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor the usage of gifts with purchase (GWPs) and samples, and alert on replenishment needs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Used Testers:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure used testers are segregated and included in the list of products to be sent to the warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Stock Verification\/Inspection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cycle Counts:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct cycle counts as per defined methodology.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discrepancy Escalation:<\/strong>\u00a0Escalate any observed discrepancies in stock.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Theft Alerts:<\/strong>\u00a0Report any observed theft.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Annual Stock Count Preparation:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare for the annual stock count.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Negative Stock Analysis:<\/strong>\u00a0Alert and analyze any negative stocks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>POSM Management<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>POSM Tracking:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain an Excel tracker for point of sale materials (POSM).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Merchandise Warehouse Inventory:<\/strong>\u00a0Manage the inventory of the merchandise warehouse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>POSM Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Oversee the movement of POSM in and out of boutiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>IMPORTANT Note:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reassignment During Events:<\/strong>\u00a0During inventory, events, or urgent needs, stock controllers may be reassigned to support other business activities. They are not obligated to compensate for this time with additional days in your Boutique.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boutique-Based Role:<\/strong>\u00a0The Stock Controller team is primarily boutique-based and should limit involvement in home deliveries. Utilize RSO for home deliveries, as they have been confirmed to deliver on time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Responsibilities in Absence:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure that the team is capable of receiving stocks and properly organizing storage rooms in the absence of stock controllers. This includes maintaining cleanliness and tidiness at all times. Note that stock controllers are not solely responsible for cleaning duties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emphasis on Respect:<\/strong>\u00a0Respect should be emphasized in every aspect of your work at DIOR.
