We have a strong family taking care of Premium brands like\u00a0<strong>Diesel<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Fred Perry<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Pinko<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Scotch &amp; Soda<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Puma<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Geox<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Longchamp<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Aape<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the role is to drive sales through customer service, in order to ensure that personal and store targets are being met.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><u>Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Achieving the personal, store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Provide excellent customer service at all times by following policies, providing product information and adopting a friendly as well as courteous attitude towards customers, in order to establish and manage lasting relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Sending and receiving of shipments, sort merchandise, stock shelves, counters, racks, and tables with merchandise.<\/p>\n<p>Complete operational administrative tasks as requested by management<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A year\u2019s experience in a similar role, within a similar brand preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Local retail experience preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Basic skills in MS Office<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge of the local culture and sensitivities.
