The customer service advisor will be responsible for interacting with<\/p>\n<p>customers on the phone and face-to-face to assist them with issues, queries and applications<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"h6 p20t m20t bt\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 Answering of customer calls, emails, web, fax, post, social media and other contact,<\/p>\n<p>with internal and external customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Handling Switchboard calls<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Handling Outbound calls as needed<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follow up on SR\u2019s as assigned<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Take ownership for resolving customer\u2019s enquires and complaints promptly and<\/p>\n<p>efficiently, providing a solution in accordance with agreed company processes and<\/p>\n<p>procedures, and following up where necessary to ensure customer journey is<\/p>\n<p>managed well.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work on a 24\/7 shift pattern<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide concise, accurate, complete and informative responses to the customer.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Recognise where customer issues require escalation and follow the escalation<\/p>\n<p>procedure.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Follow pre-agreed troubleshooting processes, scripts and call guides as directed by<\/p>\n<p>Ashghal to ensure correct diagnosis and appropriate resolution.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Accurately record customer information manually and using Customer Management<\/p>\n<p>Software, relevant to the resolution of the customer enquiry or issue.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain an up to date level of service and procedural knowledge and proactively<\/p>\n<p>seek out information where required.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects<\/p>\n<p>of the team\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Maintain target levels of productivity and performance, as outlined by the Team<\/p>\n<p>Leader, in relation to the performance metrics, e.g. Quality scores, Attendance and<\/p>\n<p>Punctuality, Resolution Rate and others, as agreed.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Undertake duties of a general nature, or additional tasks, as may be required from<\/p>\n<p>time to time by their Team Leader.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Feedback any trends noticed from customer calls to their Team Leader, as they are<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description To provide Ashghal customers with a world class service through resolution of their queries and consistently provide high standards of care throughout their interaction with the customer.
