We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing professional and attentive service.
\n\u2022 Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
\n\u2022 Present menus, including daily specials, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
\n\u2022 Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
\n\u2022 Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
\n\u2022 Ensure tables are set correctly with appropriate linens, china, glassware, and silverware
\n\u2022 Maintain a clean and organized dining area throughout service
\n\u2022 Process payments accurately and efficiently
\n\u2022 Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
\n\u2022 Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary
\n\u2022 Assist in opening and closing procedures, including restocking supplies and cleaning assigned areas
\n\u2022 Stay informed about menu changes, restaurant policies, and local events that may impact service
\n\u2022 Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards<\/span><\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Proven experience as a waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
\n\u2022 Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
\n\u2022 Ability to work efficiently in a team while also handling tasks independently
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented with excellent memory and multitasking abilities
\n\u2022 Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash\/credit card transactions
\n\u2022 Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
\n\u2022 Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
\n\u2022 Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
\n\u2022 Basic math skills for calculating bills and handling payments
\n\u2022 Passion for food and beverage service
\n\u2022 Strong time management and organizational skills
\n\u2022 Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
