Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of chocolate decorators to meet daily production goals and quality standards.<\/li>\n
  • Inspect final products for aesthetics, accuracy, and consistency in accordance with company specifications.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop seasonal items and new decorative techniques.<\/li>\n
  • Train and mentor junior staff and decorators, fostering creativity and skill development.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor inventory of decorating tools, supplies, and ingredients; coordinate with procurement for restocking.<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare reports on production output, quality issues, and team performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
