Tamayyaz is a Nationalization Development Program that enables Saudi talents to acquire the needed skills & knowledge for various professions within the hospitality field within a specific time frame by using a combination of classroom learning and On Job Training.\u201d<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0 To ensure that guest history records are accurately maintained and all recurring guests are pre-registered, including input of guest questionnaires, response and comments in the system under guest profile.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be aware of the rooms situation, including room rates, and strive to obtain maximum occupancy
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be able to explain and show the guests all the facilities in the room.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To ensure that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be well conversant of the local environment of the hotel: the city, culture, activities, exhibitions, shopping malls, and general information around the hotel.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To provide wake-up calls as requested by the guests.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To ensure that the telephone, e-mail, fax and safe deposit services are available for the guest.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To ensure immediate delivery of any messages received for the guest.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To update Shmoos system for all the arrivals and departures
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To take-in room reservations and walk-in for the hotel.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To register check-in and departures of all individuals and groups.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To check the remaining departures and make sure that the corresponding bills are ready and correct with the supporting documentary proof.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To liaise with all other departments for all Guest related matters.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be conversant and fully knowledgeable of OPERA system as per the scope of work
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be flexible in supporting other colleagues needs in other departments based on the hotel priorities and anticipated business levels.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be aware with the policies and procedures concerning fire, emergency evacuation, accidents, bomb threats, law and order situations.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be fully aware and conversant of Accor spirit, values and goals and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 To be fully aware and conversant of welcome project, Le club, planet 21 policies and procedures and is responsible to integrate them in the day to day operation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0 Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Basic English skills are a must.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
\n\u00b7\u00a0 Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
