Job Summary:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Storekeeper \u2013 Maintenance is responsible for the efficient management of the Facilities management maintenance storeroom, including the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of parts, tools, equipment, and supplies. <\/span><\/p>\n

The role supports the maintenance team by ensuring the timely availability of quality materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance activitie<\/span>s.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies, ensuring timely replenishment to prevent operational disruptions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Coordinate with maintenance teams to understand their material needs, prioritizing requests based on urgency and project timelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Receive, inspect, and store incoming maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.Issue parts and supplies to maintenance personnel as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issuances using inventory management systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for reordering to prevent stockouts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure all stored materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.<\/span><\/p>\n

Manage documentation related to suppliers, warranties, and purchase orders.<\/span><\/p>\n

Collaborate closely with the maintenance and procurement teams for effective planning and inventory control. <\/span><\/p>\n

Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a maintenance or industrial environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Familiarity with Facilities management stores, spare parts, tools, and equipment used in maintenance operations.<\/span><\/p>\n
