{"id":5687,"date":"2025-08-26T12:27:29","date_gmt":"2025-08-26T09:27:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/?p=5687"},"modified":"2025-09-02T16:34:09","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T13:34:09","slug":"kitchen-laundry-technician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/2025\/08\/26\/kitchen-laundry-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Kitchen &#038; Laundry Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Kitchen &amp; Laundry Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>What will I be doing?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As a Kitchen &amp; Laundry Technician, you are responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.<\/p>\n<p>A Kitchen &amp; Laundry Technician will also be required to ensure work is done to code and provide assistance during emergencies.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose malfunctioning systems to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem<\/li>\n<li>Inspect electrical equipment to ensure coding compliance<\/li>\n<li>Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous<\/li>\n<li>Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving needed vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality inspections are carried out in line with company standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>What are we looking for?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>A Kitchen &amp; Laundry Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.<\/p>\n<p>To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience of electrical equipment<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Committed to delivering a high level of customer service<\/li>\n<li>Excellent grooming standards<\/li>\n<li>Qualification in electrical field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on their own<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Kitchen &amp; Laundry Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
