{"id":5428,"date":"2025-06-07T08:43:28","date_gmt":"2025-06-07T05:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/?p=5428"},"modified":"2025-06-28T18:36:49","modified_gmt":"2025-06-28T15:36:49","slug":"maintenance-technician","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/2025\/06\/07\/maintenance-technician\/","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance Technician"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Descriptions<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>We require 1 candidate as technician and 1 candidate as assistant technician<\/p>\n<p>Flexibility and ability to work with different areas of the business.<\/p>\n<p>Have good written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft reports, minutes, correspondence, procedures, processes and forms.<\/p>\n<p>Possess sound literacy in computer software, including the\u00a0excel<\/p>\n<p>Manage and coordinate the project handover phase with contractors, client contractors, tenants and building managers<\/p>\n<p>Experience with coordinating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on construction sites or in industrial settings.<\/p>\n<p>Good understanding in techniques, procedures with keen eye for quality and cleanliness.<\/p>\n<p>Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues on-site and ensure that MEP systems are functioning as intended.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Skills<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft Office range. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.<\/p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC\/MEP or related field preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Work with limited supervision.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AC Technician, MEP Technician or in a similar role.<\/p>\n<p>Experience with various MEP\/HVAC systems and controls is highly desirable<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Descriptions We require 1 candidate as technician and 1 candidate as assistant technician Flexibility and ability to work with different areas of the business.
