      Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming catering goods and supplies against purchase orders.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issuance, and receipts using inventory management systems.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure all stored items are properly labeled, dated, and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor stock expiry dates and ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methods are consistently followed.<\/li>\n
      • Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen departments to manage inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.<\/li>\n
      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare and submit regular stock and consumption reports.<\/li>\n
      • Handle daily requisitions from various kitchen and catering departments.<\/li>\n
      • Participate in stock audits and inventory counts as required by the management.<\/li>\n
      • Ensure secure storage of all items to prevent loss, theft, or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Essential Qualifications:<\/span><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.<\/li>\n
        • Formal training or certification in Inventory Management or Store keeping is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n

          Skills Required:<\/span><\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in catering or hospitality industry within the GCC.<\/li>\n
          • Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures in a catering or kitchen environment.<\/li>\n
          • Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygienic storage practices.<\/li>\n
          • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or inventory software.<\/li>\n
          • Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
          • Physically fit and capable of handling store-related physical tasks.<\/li>\n
