The Role<\/div>\n

Goal of this Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our workplace.<\/div>\n

The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable for employees and visitors.<\/div>\n

\u2022 General Cleaning Duties<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Waste Management and Hygiene Maintenance<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Kitchen and Pantry Maintenance<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Health and safety Compliance<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Special Cleaning Task (As needed) Tasks<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors in all office areas, including meeting rooms, hallways, and common spaces.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Dust and wipe down office furniture, desks, shelves, and electronic equipment (monitors, keyboards, phones).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and communal equipment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area to ensure a professional first impression.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure waste is properly disposed of following company guidelines.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Separate recyclables and general waste in accordance with environmental policies.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Restock essential supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Monitor and report maintenance or hygiene-related issues to the appropriate department.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Keep the office kitchen\/pantry clean, including wiping down countertops, tables, and appliances.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Wash dishes and utensils or load and unload dishwashers if applicable.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Ensure the refrigerator and microwave are regularly cleaned and organized.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Follow company cleaning protocols, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent workplace hazards.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Report any cleaning supply shortages, damages, or required repairs to the management.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Assist with cleaning after office events, meetings, or celebrations.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Carry out deep cleaning tasks periodically, such as carpet shampooing, window cleaning, or furniture polishing.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\n

\u2022 Support additional tasks as assigned by the Facilities or Office Management team.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Ability to work independently and efficiently.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Basic communication skills to interact with employees and report issues when necessary.<\/li>\n
