A Food and Beverage Host is responsible for seating guests and managing table set-ups to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working to achieve departmental targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

What will I be doing?<\/p>\n

As a Food and Beverage Host, you are responsible for seating guests and managing table set-ups to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.<\/p>\n

A Food and Beverage Host will also be requi<\/span>red to work in all areas of Food and Beverage and strive to achieve departmental targets. <\/span><\/p>\n

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinate seating for customers
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage table set-ups
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service and Conference and Events
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Follow cash handling procedures
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure compliance of brand standards
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strive to achieve departmental targets
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensure cleanliness of work areas
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Comply with local licensing laws
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Be environmentally aware
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
