HOTEL Heritage Grand Perast has a total of 130 rooms, 2 restaurants, SPA center with treatment rooms, sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, and is looking for a Receptionist\u00a0with experience.<\/p>\n
– Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, bread, and desserts.
\n– Design and decorate pastries using icing, glazes, and other toppings to enhance presentation.
\n– Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to keep up with trends and customer preferences.
\n– Manage inventory of ingredients, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.
\n– Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
\n– Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations.
\n– Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to create seasonal menus and special event desserts.
\n– Monitor baking techniques and adjust ingredients or methods as needed to maintain consistency.
\n– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and allergen management.<\/p>\n
– Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
\n– Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is a plus.
\n– Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and presentation skills.
\n– Creativity and attention to detail in dessert design and plating.
\n– Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\n– Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
\n– Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.<\/p>\n
