We’re seeking a talented and passionate Gen AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of LLMs and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy chatbots that deliver exceptional user experiences.<\/p>\n

Job Title- Senior GenAI Engineer<\/p>\n

Job Type- Permanent<\/p>\n

Location- Onsite, Dubai<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs like OpenAI API (GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4o, etc.) and frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.<\/li>\n
  • Using the Azure Cloud, develop and integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms.<\/li>\n
  • Follow MLOps\/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with Cloud and Digital teams, Data Engineers, Project Managers and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • A Master’s degree in Statistics,\u00a0Machine Learning,\u00a0Mathematics,\u00a0Computer Science,\u00a0or a related quantitative field.<\/li>\n
    • 7+ years of experience in data science,\u00a0with at least 5 x years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions, including 2 x years developing AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on with Vector DB & Graph DB (AI Search, Neo4j) and their use in semantic search.<\/li>\n
    • Must know AI\/ML concepts and have hands-on experience with Langchain, LangGraph, and Haystack.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, SQL, Spark and potentially others (e.g., JavaScript).<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in designing and implementing pipelines using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems (including ADF, Databricks, Azure Functions, AI Document Intelligence, AI Search, AI Studio, App service, Bot Framework, Azure Cache for Redis, etc.)<\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with MLOps\/LLMOps principles.<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.<\/li>\n
    • Direct engineering experience in high-performance, large-scale ML systems.<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with structured and unstructured data processing methods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
