{"id":4426,"date":"2025-04-05T13:13:05","date_gmt":"2025-04-05T10:13:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/?p=4426"},"modified":"2025-04-21T12:52:05","modified_gmt":"2025-04-21T09:52:05","slug":"salary-is-50000-100000-ote-tax-free-in-your-first-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/2025\/04\/05\/salary-is-50000-100000-ote-tax-free-in-your-first-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Salary is \u00a350,000 &#8211; \u00a3100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Sales Negotiator<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Are you a motivated, driven individual with a passion for property, interested in working in Dubai and earning a tax-free salary?<\/p>\n<p>If so, we are currently looking for Sales Negotiators to join our clients, a well-established, award-winning and expanding real estate firm in Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>They are happy to consider both experienced property professionals and those with strong customer service \/ sales experience wanting to get into the industry.<\/p>\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that has a reputation for providing a high level of support and training, as well as a close team environment.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a commission-only position with 50% on properties sold, increasing to 80% based on performance<\/li>\n<li>\u00a350,000 &#8211; \u00a3100,000 OTE tax-free in your first year &#8211; top earners can earn up to \u00a3300,000 tax-free!<\/li>\n<li>Paid on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Strong internal training &#8211; dedicated Training Academy and Trainers<\/li>\n<li>Working visa<\/li>\n<li>Medical insurance<\/li>\n<li>Close team environment and team-building activities<\/li>\n<li>Support from Management<\/li>\n<li>Supplied with equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Sales Negotiator requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Passion for property<\/li>\n<li>Experience within the property industry isn&#8217;t essential to be considered for this position but would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close for business<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Driving licence<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills are essential to be successful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>As a Sales Negotiator, your duties will involve the following:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Book valuations<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of the properties.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating<\/li>\n<li>Building your own brand using social media and networking events<\/li>\n<li>Manage and build strong customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Marketing your properties with the assistance of the in-house marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and attend meetings with buyers \/sellers<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records using the internal company CRM and software<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and supervise offers, transactions and deals until the moment of payment by the buyer<\/li>\n<li>Source properties within your assigned patch with the intention of selling them on behalf of the owner<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying leads, both buyers and owners<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sales Negotiator Are you a motivated, driven individual with a passion for property, interested in working in Dubai and earning a tax-free salary?
