Roles and responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

As a Packing Helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse.<\/p>\n

You will be responsible for packing and preparing orders for shipment in a timely manner, ensuring that all products are properly packaged and meet quality standards.<\/p>\n

Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to the success of our team.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n

Pack and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring that all items are packaged securely and accurately.<\/p>\n

Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for damage or defects.<\/p>\n

Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring that all products are properly labeled and stored in designated areas.<\/p>\n

Assist with loading and unloading trucks, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment as necessary.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment.<\/p>\n

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

Packing and Labeling:<\/span><\/p>\n

Pack items securely and neatly to ensure they are protected during transportation or storage.<\/p>\n

Label packages accurately with relevant information such as contents, weight, and destination.<\/p>\n

Material Handling:<\/span><\/p>\n

Assist in organizing and preparing packing materials, such as boxes, tapes, and protective padding.<\/p>\n

Ensure proper usage of materials to minimize waste.<\/p>\n

Loading and Unloading:<\/span><\/p>\n

Help in loading packed goods onto trucks, containers, or storage areas.
\nAssist in unloading incoming shipments and organizing items.
\nInspection and Quality Control:<\/p>\n

Check items for damage or defects before packing.
\nEnsure the correct quantity and quality of items being packed match the order requirements.<\/p>\n

Desired candidate profile<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n

High school diploma or equivalent.<\/p>\n

Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.<\/p>\n

Ability to lift and carry heavy items, up to [insert weight] pounds.<\/p>\n
