individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable beach experience.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction<br \/>\n\u2022 Must comply with the grooming standards of the company<br \/>\n\u2022 To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart<br \/>\n\u2022 To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints<br \/>\n\u2022 To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures<br \/>\n\u2022 To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.<br \/>\n\u2022 To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas<br \/>\n\u2022 To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed<br \/>\n\u2022 To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings<br \/>\n\u2022 To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel<br \/>\n\u2022 To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions<br \/>\n\u2022 To maintain safety of work areas at all times<br \/>\n\u2022 To attend all mandatory meetings as directed<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform other tasks as required \/directed<\/p>\n<div class=\"jobad-qualifications\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>\u2022 Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality<br \/>\n\u2022 1\u2013 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel<br \/>\n\u2022 Must be confident
