We are seeking a dynamic and experienced\u00a0Talent Acquisition Manager<\/b><\/span>\u00a0to lead and oversee the recruitment process for our organization.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, fair, and aligned with our company\u2019s goals and values.<\/p>\n

This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to meet hiring needs.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the company\u2019s business objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Analyze market trends, competitive hiring practices, and employment branding to stay ahead of talent needs.<\/li>\n
  • Team Leadership:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet hiring goals and maintain a high level of candidate experience.<\/li>\n
  • Set clear performance objectives and monitor the progress of team members.<\/li>\n
  • Recruitment Process Management:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preferred qualifications, and team culture.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by guiding them through each step of the recruitment process.<\/li>\n
  • Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Development:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Lead sourcing efforts using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract top-tier candidates.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of diverse candidates for current and future hiring needs.<\/li>\n
  • Employer Branding:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company\u2019s employer brand and presence in the job market.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives to strengthen the company\u2019s recruitment efforts.<\/li>\n
  • Data & Reporting:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate sources, and offer acceptance rates.<\/li>\n
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment performance and challenges.<\/li>\n
  • Compliance and Best Practices:<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\u2019s preferred).<\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and delivering results.<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to think strategically and provide insights to drive recruitment decisions.<\/li>\n
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n
    • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
