Talent Pool Development:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Lead sourcing efforts using a variety of platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract top-tier candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain an active pipeline of diverse candidates for current and future hiring needs.<\/li>\n<li><b>Employer Branding:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Partner with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company\u2019s employer brand and presence in the job market.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach initiatives to strengthen the company\u2019s recruitment efforts.<\/li>\n<li><b>Data &amp; Reporting:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate sources, and offer acceptance rates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on recruitment performance and challenges.<\/li>\n<li><b>Compliance and Best Practices:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Ensure recruitment processes comply with all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master\u2019s preferred).<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes and delivering results.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, platforms, and strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think strategically and provide insights to drive recruitment decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"h6 p20t m20t bt\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Skills<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You should be located in Abu Dhabi , UAE .<\/li>\n<li>Having your Own Visa .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"popover-owner\" data-popover=\"{&quot;trigger&quot;:&quot;click&quot;}\" data-bayt-popover=\"117\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Salary offer: $2,000 &#8211;
