As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>What you will be doing:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to set standards and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that guest supplies are replenished<\/li>\n<li>Ensure guests\u2019 requests are promptly and courteously met<\/li>\n<li>Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms using P.M.S system<\/li>\n<li>Maintain equipment in proper state of cleanliness and repair<\/li>\n<li>Daily briefings with staff at floor level<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular room checklists<\/li>\n<li>Report unusual behavior\/activities on floors to reporting line.<\/li>\n<li>Record room status in allocated section accurately<\/li>\n<li>Comply with hotel\u2019s health, safety and hygiene policies<\/li>\n<li>Attend training sessions as required<\/li>\n<li>Fully understand the difference in guest levels (VIP) and in room categories<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Your experience and skills include:<\/p>\n<p>Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset<\/p>\n<p>Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming<\/p>\n<p>Excellent organizational skills and time management<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><b>Additional Information<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:<\/p>\n<p>We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description You are at the heart of the hotel!
