Packing Operatives (Multiple Vacancies)<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

Humdinger, Sherburn-in-Elmet<\/div>\n

Position type: Full-time, Permanent<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
Hours: 40<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Pay range: \u00a311.49 \/hour (\u00a323,899.20 equivalent)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
Breaks: x1 30-minute breaks and x2 15-minute break<\/div>\n
Shift Pattern: 12-hour days and nights. You will work the below pattern:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday 18:00 – 06:00 (3 nights followed by 5 days off)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Week 2: Monday to Tuesday 06:00 – 18:00 & Wednesday to Thursday 18:00 – 06:00 (2 days followed by 2 nights followed by 5 days off)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Week 3: Wednesday to Friday 06:00 – 18:00 (followed by 1 day off, then start again on week 1)<\/div>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Supporting Machine Operators by packing bagged products into boxes.<\/li>\n
  • Weighing products.<\/li>\n
  • Completing documents such as daily packing sheets.<\/li>\n
  • Manual handling and lifting, involving tasks like picking, packing, and various production duties.<\/li>\n
  • While receiving support from your Team Leader, the role also demands a degree of independence.<\/li>\n
  • In the first few weeks, you will be trained in Level 2 Food Safety, Allergen Awareness and gain many other new training certificates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
