This position plays a crucial role by delivering a positive dining experience to guests, providing excellent customer service in the restaurant.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

To ensure guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.<\/p>\n

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.<\/p>\n

Ensure that you follow the steps of the service and all SOP’s as per the mini manual booklet. Preparing and serving food & beverages as per company standard.<\/p>\n

Upselling products and promoting special items to customers.<\/p>\n

Maintaining clean and organized work area, including the waiter station, packaging materials, and storage areas.<\/p>\n

You need to be able to deal with customer rejection\/complaint in an open and efficient manner.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Obtaining revenues: issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.<\/p>\n

Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining, always maintain a clean work surface, behind counters.<\/p>\n

Co-ordinate with the Trainee, kitchen staff, barista staff to ensure smooth operation and guest Satisfaction Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.<\/p>\n

Follow the company Grooming standards<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality \/ restaurant industry in the UAE.<\/p>\n
