Maintenance<\/span>:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned areas such as offices, restrooms, corridors, and common areas.<\/li>\n<li>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate tools and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Dust and clean surfaces, including desks, chairs, windows, and other furniture.<\/li>\n<li>Empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal in designated areas.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish toiletries, and ensure they are hygienic at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Handle deep cleaning tasks as required (e.g., window washing, carpet shampooing, etc.).<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Stock &amp; Supplies Management<\/span>:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cleaning tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Health &amp; Safety Compliance<\/span>:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.<\/li>\n<li>Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during cleaning tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Report any hazards, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Customer Service &amp; Professionalism<\/span>:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with facility occupants or visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Respond promptly to housekeeping requests or special cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<li>Work efficiently and complete tasks according to daily cleaning schedules and priorities.<\/li>\n<li><b><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\">Additional Tasks<\/span>:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Assist in setting up rooms or areas for events or meetings as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Handle any other cleaning duties assigned by the housekeeping supervisor or facility manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Skills &amp; Qualifications<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services (preferably in a facility management, hotel, or commercial setting).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and buffers.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift, carry, or move heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Educational Requirements<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No formal education required, but basic literacy skills are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Prior training or certification in cleaning practices is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Work Hours<\/span>:<\/b><br \/>\nFull-time, 12-hour shifts (with 1-hour break), 6 days a week.<\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Salary &amp;
