Job Summary<\/span>: <\/b>As a waiter\/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.<\/p>\n

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus.<\/li>\n
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.<\/li>\n
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guests needs are met.<\/li>\n
  • Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.<\/li>\n
  • Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service.<\/li>\n
  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.<\/li>\n
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications <\/span>:<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent English language, Arabic language is preferred as well.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.<\/li>\n
    • Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.<\/li>\n
    • Basic math skills for processing payments.<\/li>\n
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
