Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of pastry chefs, bakers, and kitchen staff, providing<\/p>\n<p>guidance, training, and support to foster professional growth and development.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and ensure that all team members<\/p>\n<p>understand their roles and responsibilities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Manage day-to-day operations, including production schedules, inventory<\/p>\n<p>management, and equipment maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Plan and organize production schedules to optimize workflow, minimize waste, and meet service demands. &#8211; Ensure that all pastry products meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and<\/p>\n<p>presentation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Implement and enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and hygiene<\/p>\n<p>practices in the pastry department to maintain a clean and safe working environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n<article class=\"job-description \">\n<section>\n<p class=\"heading\">Desired Candidate Profile<\/p>\n<p>Excellent English -verbal and written.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bachelor\u2019s degree in pastry culinary or<\/p>\n<p>equivalent culinary training.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume and French pastry.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Food Safety and pastry Certificates<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Strong pastry skills, creativity, and a passion for food. &#8211; Excellent leadership, communication, and<\/p>\n<p>organizational skills.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n<p>and handle high-pressure situations.- Knowledge of industry trends, local suppliers, and sourcing practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Age Criteria &#8211;
