{"id":1567,"date":"2025-02-01T02:00:31","date_gmt":"2025-01-31T23:00:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/?p=1567"},"modified":"2025-03-13T15:09:54","modified_gmt":"2025-03-13T12:09:54","slug":"hosekeeping-cleaner-cleaning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/2025\/02\/01\/hosekeeping-cleaner-cleaning\/","title":{"rendered":"Hosekeeping cleaner &#8211; Cleaning"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Main Purpose of the Job<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To work within the guidelines set out in the Housekeeping Operational Manual about cleaning methods, chemical usage, service, quality, H&amp;S, environment, and safe working practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Main Competencies required for the Position<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Other languages, especially Arabic is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Practical experience should include Health and Safety requirements and regulations related to the various works encountered in the Operation and Maintenance field, Fire Fighting basic practices, First Aid assistance.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Main Duties \/ Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the delivery of the cleaning and waste removal services in accordance with the soft services standards as directed.<\/li>\n<li>Operate mechanical floor cleaners and polishers.<\/li>\n<li>Learn and assist with the pest control program.<\/li>\n<li>Provide active participation in teamwork and work accomplishment.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to promoting a safe environment within the buildings and areas for all end-users.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the appropriate standards of hygiene, uniform, appearance, posture, and conduct of the housekeeping staff.<\/li>\n<li>Must follow the Rules and Regulations of the department and contribute to the safety of the housekeepers at work.<\/li>\n<li>Appraise one&#8217;s own output and participate in the departmental and external training programs to gain more knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally.<\/li>\n<li>Works co-operatively with customers\/stakeholders, maintaining regular, consistent, and clear communications.Minimum qualifications \/ educational levels required for this position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have a high school certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Must understand and speak English and have a working knowledge of Arabic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What minimum experience is required for this position<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have two (2years experience in the same field.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a minimum of three (3) years\u2019 experience as a Housekeeper \/ Cleaner in similar facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><b>Primary Location<\/b><b>:<\/b>\u00a0SA-Saudi Arabia<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>Schedule<\/b><b>:<\/b>\u00a0Regular<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Main Purpose of the Job To work within the guidelines set out in the Housekeeping Operational Manual about cleaning methods, chemical usage, service, quality, H&amp;S, environment, and safe working practices Main Competencies required for the Position Other languages, especially Arabic is an advantage.
