Our teams are there when people need them but, give them space to relax.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s these thoughtful touches that give our service the balance guests adore: natural and easy-going but, also friendly without being over the top.<\/p>\n<p>voco Dubai Palm The Palm is conveniently located on the trunk of the manmade island while being part of the newly launched \u201cPalm West Beach\u201d, a trendy and vibrant spot with an array of exceptional dining concepts.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Your day to day<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>You responsibilities are:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that SOP Basic standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.<\/li>\n<li>To take a hands on approach in the operation of the outlet.<\/li>\n<li>To attend daily briefing on preparation, service and menu.<\/li>\n<li>To be knowledgeable of the food and beverage items in the restaurant<\/li>\n<li>To master and perform the service sequence standards in the Pool Bar outlet.<\/li>\n<li>Serve food and beverage to guests according to prescribed service standards and procedures with emphasis on speed accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute to overall guest experience metrics through the delivery of the voco brand standards and service behaviours<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with the supporting departments on daily operation and quality.<\/li>\n<li>To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good relationship.<\/li>\n<li>To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the Hotel\u2019s Policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.<\/li>\n<li>To attend all required training sessions\/ programmes.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure cleans and maintain equipment, tools, fixtures, service area in the station assigned.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for cost saving on guest supplies, food supplies, electricity, water, etc..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>What we need from you<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 year related experience in same capacity<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communications skills, English is a must<\/li>\n<li>A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate voco\u2122 service standards<\/li>\n<li>A true \u201cteam-player\u201d mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks<\/li>\n<li>Have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and\/or holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll reward all your hard work with great salary and benefits \u2013 in addition to career development, employee room discounts and great work culture.
