{"id":1222,"date":"2025-01-03T10:30:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-03T07:30:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingi.saunyaman.xyz\/newprojobs\/?p=1222"},"modified":"2025-02-17T08:19:06","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T05:19:06","slug":"food-beverage-supervisor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/pukka_jobs\/2025\/01\/03\/food-beverage-supervisor\/","title":{"rendered":"Food &#038; Beverage Supervisor"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"jobad-jobdescription\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the outlet<\/li>\n<li>Assist the leadership team of the outlets\u00a0in achieving high guest satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Guide and lead the servers<\/li>\n<li>Maximize sales potential and encourage up selling in order to maximize rates.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cash floats are secured at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To work within budgeted costs<\/li>\n<li>To minimize abuse of operating equipment<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that requisitions for supplies are completed, delivered and accounted for.<\/li>\n<li>To minimize the use of overtime<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that there is enough operating equipment at all times.<\/li>\n<li>To record all voids, and report any payment discrepancies to Restaurant Manager.<\/li>\n<li>To follow Company procedures when handling cash, credit cards and cheques.<\/li>\n<li>To see guests concerning all complaints and report all complaints to Manager.<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with colleagues over guests requirements and needs.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure handover at shift end and beginning.<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with Head Chef on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>To liaise with Reception on a regulars basis.<\/li>\n<li>To gain customer feedback at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high customer profile, and handle promptly and courteously all guest comments, questions, complaints, requests and enquiries, taking the necessary action steps and ensuring thorough follow-through.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarize yourself with guests needs and requirements in order to ensure an efficient and friendly service<\/li>\n<li>Fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas, food and beverage quality, guest service, cleanliness, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Support all other revenue centers in the hotel such as Rooms and Events<\/li>\n<li>To be results driven and totally accountable.<\/li>\n<li>Attend daily business review meetings, weekly strategic sales meetings, management meetings and other meetings as required\/requested.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake regular inspections to ensure that the company\u2019s assets are well maintained and protected.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the business is seen as a respected, important member of the community by local influencers.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Ensure the day to day operation is smooth in the outlet Assist the leadership team of the outlets\u00a0in achieving high guest satisfaction Guide and lead the servers Maximize sales potential and encourage up selling in order to maximize rates.
