This includes attending all training provided and contributing to a group learning environment.<\/li>\n<li>To have wide skincare knowledge in general and to understand all methods, techniques, layering and suitability of the Sunday Riley products.<\/li>\n<li>To be able to answer all customer\u2019s questions honestly and effectively in order to recommend the exact products suited to them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Store Environment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To achieve and maintain an excellent retail environment with the highest standards in all areas of the sales floor, tester and product replenishment and the stock room area.<\/li>\n<li>To support with floor moves and implementation of promotions whilst ensuring consistent delivery of housekeeping, presentation and personal grooming standards.<\/li>\n<li>To act in a responsible and positive manner at all times, ensuring that the Sunday Riley codes of practice, health and safety are adhered to and followed.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for ensuring, recording and reporting: the availability of our listed products, the store\u2019s adherence to the visual merchandising agreements and brand standards, the availability of testers, sachets and samples.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Key Deliverables<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement and Exceed the store sales target &amp; personal sales target<\/li>\n<li>Achieve and Exceed UPT &amp; VPT targets<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer experience\/journey &amp; growth\/development of customer database..<\/li>\n<li>Ensure visual merchandising and executional excellence in store.<\/li>\n<li>Share competitive brands activations and newness instore<\/li>\n<li>Effective admin management\/personal development\/learning &amp; growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Experiences and Skills Required<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of retail, sales and\/or beauty industry experience, preferably in the skincare industry<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with Beauty Department Stores preferable.<\/li>\n<li>Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence<\/li>\n<li>Passion for skincare.<\/li>\n<li>Strong aptitude for product knowledge, brand messaging and selling<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an open-sell environment<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Energetic and passionate with an entrepreneurial, flexible, friendly spirit<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel required<\/li>\n<li>English Required (Arabic, Russian and\/or Mandarin speaking preferred but not required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong>Work Location, Territory, and work week<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This role is field based in-store.<\/li>\n<li>This is a full time role with 1 day off per week.<\/li>\n<li>The Beauty Consultant is responsible for adhering to the schedule set out for them by the Retail Area Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ideal candidate must enjoy the retail environment and must have a strong background in the beauty industry, sales and customer experience.
