Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests.

The ideal candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience by delivering professional service and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables

Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate orders

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to guest requests or concerns

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Process bills and payments accurately

Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress is an advantage

Good communication skills in English

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience in restaurants, cafes, or hotels

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

Familiarity with POS systems
