Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms and public areas.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms

• Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and bathrooms

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries

• Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors

• Assist with laundry duties as needed

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience in a hotel or resort setting

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Basic English language proficiency

• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences

• High level of reliability and responsibility

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest concerns professionally
