We are looking for a dedicated Helper to support our team in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient delivery and installation services for IKEA product shipments.
• Sort and scan IKEA shipments according to customer addresses.
• Safely load and unload shipments from vehicles.
• Review work orders in UZ app to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Deliver and install products at the customer’s location.
• Obtain customer signatures upon completion of delivery and installation.
• Examine assembled products to ensure quality standards.
• Report any customer issues or concerns promptly to the coordinator.
• Collect customer payments and remit them daily to the coordinator.
• Return signed delivery orders daily after assembly.
• Utilize and maintain a variety of hand tools and power equipment.
• Ensure packages are not damaged throughout the delivery and handling process.
• Keep vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional attire, cleanliness, and proper conduct to present the company’s image.
• Follow company policies and regulations related to safety and environmental standards

Qualifications & Skills:

• Preferably 2 years of experience as a helper in Qatar
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player
• Basic communication skills in English
