Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate records in our database systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, or company systems

Verify and cross-check information to ensure accuracy

Update and maintain existing records in a timely manner

Generate reports and extract data when required

Assist in organizing and filing both physical and digital documents

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information

Communicate with relevant departments to clarify or verify data

Meet daily and weekly data entry targets

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in relevant field is a plus

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Clerk, or similar role

Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Good communication skills

Working Conditions:

Office-based environment

Extended periods working at a computer

May require occasional overtime to meet deadlines
