Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • A professional demeanor and a willingness to take initiative.
