Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases both digitally and physically.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
- Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist other departments with data entry, documentation, and scheduling as needed.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support management with routine tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
