Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of chocolate decorators to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
• Inspect final products for aesthetics, accuracy, and consistency in accordance with company specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to develop seasonal items and new decorative techniques.
• Train and mentor junior staff and decorators, fostering creativity and skill development.
• Monitor inventory of decorating tools, supplies, and ingredients; coordinate with procurement for restocking.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution.
• Prepare reports on production output, quality issues, and team performance.

• التعاون مع فرق البحث والتطوير والتصميم لتطوير منتجات موسمية وتقنيات تزيين جديدة.
• تدريب وتوجيه الموظفين الجدد والمزينين، وتعزيز الإبداع وتطوير المهارات.
• متابعة مخزون الأدوات، واللوازم، والمكونات الخاصة بالتزيين، والتنسيق مع قسم المشتريات لإعادة التوريد.
• معالجة المشكلات الفنية في المعدات والتنسيق مع قسم الصيانة لحلها بشكل سريع.
• إعداد تقارير تتعلق بالإنتاج، وجودة المنتجات، وأداء الفريق.

Skills

• Experience at least 3 years of practical experience in the field of confectionery, chocolate design, packaging, and wrapping
• Supervisory abilities and the capability to work within a team
• Full knowledge of tools and methods for designing, packaging, and wrapping various types of chocolate
• Knowledge of inventory management
• Ability to carry out tasks and special work orders efficiently
• Familiarity with using computer programs and internal inventory systems
• Required education: Not less than a high school diploma
