Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
Predict the restaurant’s requirement for utensils, raw materials, and other items.
Provide apt solutions to customer issues after understanding their concerns properly.
Oversee routine tasks and activities to elevate the satisfaction levels of visitors.
Preparing daily schedule and ensuring the work to the standard.Experience in food catering and marketing.
Skills
Minimum Bachelor’s level education or equivelent in the field of Business Administration or Hospitality.
Adept in using software managerial tools.
Experience not less than 3 years in the position as a restaurant manager.
Good communication Skills
Transferable status (Iqama).
Experience in the marketing field.
Preferred candidate
Residence location: Saudi Arabia
