- Working Hours: 8 hours per day + 2 hours daily OT eligible

Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming catering goods and supplies against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issuance, and receipts using inventory management systems.
- Ensure all stored items are properly labeled, dated, and stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock expiry dates and ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methods are consistently followed.
- Coordinate with purchasing and kitchen departments to manage inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times.
- Prepare and submit regular stock and consumption reports.
- Handle daily requisitions from various kitchen and catering departments.
- Participate in stock audits and inventory counts as required by the management.
- Ensure secure storage of all items to prevent loss, theft, or damage.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Formal training or certification in Inventory Management or Store keeping is a plus.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in catering or hospitality industry within the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory procedures in a catering or kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and hygienic storage practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or inventory software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of handling store-related physical tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
