Job description
We are hiring for “Commi Cook” position for a leading chain restaurant / Hotel for their hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Cook to prepare exceptional
and personalized meals for our exclusive guests in Luxurious Hotel in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining or luxury hospitality and will be
accustomed to delivering world-class cuisine tailored to the specific tastes and dietary needs of Client.
Role & responsibilities
- Personalized Meal Preparation: Create and prepare customized menus that cater to
the specific preferences, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs of guests.
- Culinary Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of culinary quality in every dish,
using only the finest ingredients and state-of-the-art cooking techniques.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with guests or their representatives to plan diverse,
seasonal menus that reflect their tastes and preferences, incorporating local and
international cuisine.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Select and source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, often
working with premium suppliers to ensure authenticity and excellence in every meal.
- Food Presentation: Present dishes in an elegant and visually appealing manner,
adhering to the highest standards of luxury dining.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain an impeccably clean and organized kitchen, adhering
to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of guests at all times,
ensuring that all information related to their preferences and habits is kept strictly
confidential.
- Event Support: Assist in the preparation of special events, banquets, or private
functions, ensuring all culinary needs are met to the highest standards.
- Continual Learning: Stay updated on the latest culinary trends, techniques, and
innovations, incorporating them into your cooking as appropriate.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
Experience Required:
Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in 4 star or 5 star hotel experience.
Perks and benefits
4,000 SAR – 5,000 SAR per month + other Benefits (depending up Caliber)
Interview Mode: F2F Client interview in Mumbai & Delhi location.
