• Welcome customers and greet them upon entering the center.
• Explain the center’s services such as Paint Protection Film (PPF), detailing, and ceramic coating.
• Present suitable offers to clients and persuade them of the services.
• Monitor customer requests and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate between clients and technicians within the workshop.
• Follow up on customer satisfaction after service execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience in sales or customer service is considered an added advantage.
Fluency, good presentation skills, and persuasion abilities.
Excellent communication skills with clients.
Experience in sales, knowledge of automotive services such as detailing and protection, ability to persuade clients and achieve sales.
