Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification
• 3+ years experience in customer service within logistics / warehouse / distribution
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
• Willing to work in rotational / shift-based schedules
