Front Office Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.

Handle incoming emails and correspondence. Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access.

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings. Manage office supplies and inventory.

Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Location : Dubai

Salary : AED 6000

Working days : M – S (6 days a week) Working hours : 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only
