Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable beach experience.
• To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
• To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
• To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
• To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
• To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
• To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
• To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
• To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
• To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
• To maintain safety of work areas at all times
• To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
• To perform other tasks as required /directed
• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
• 1– 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel
• Must be confident and good in speaking English
