Job Description<\/h3>\n

  1. Supervise cash van sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
  2. Plan, organize, direct and control cash van sales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives.<\/li>\n
  3. Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution.<\/li>\n
  4. Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets.<\/li>\n
  5. Fill in for route cash van sales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani\u2019s supermarket accounts.<\/li>\n
  6. Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly.<\/li>\n
  7. Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.<\/li>\n
  8. Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area.<\/li>\n
  9. Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements.<\/li>\n
  10. Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets and increase the proficiency level of his staff.<\/li>\n
  11. Perform any additional assignment related to his job scope.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
