{"id":4227,"date":"2026-01-21T09:48:50","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T06:48:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/dreamjobs\/?p=4227"},"modified":"2026-01-20T10:01:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-20T07:01:14","slug":"customer-service-agent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mlingei.ptcholombxn.com\/dreamjobs\/customer-service-agent\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Agent"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"FkMLeb cS4Vcb-pGL6qe-IRrXtf\"><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Job description<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"hkXmid\">Time Type: Full Time<\/p>\n<p>Position: Customer Service Agent<\/p>\n<p>Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Role Summary:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for maintaining outstanding Customer Service standards through operational excellence in freight operations, proper documentation and ensure efficient and smooth handling of all freight activities for current and potential cl<\/span><span class=\"us2QZb\" aria-live=\"polite\">ients, in the best interest of DSV.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Responsibilities:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Always deliver best in class customer service to all DSV customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Interacts with customers and vendors to Establish DSV SOP\u2019s and keep customer appraised with regards to arrival times, delays or transit issues and help to ensure we always meet or exceed customer expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ensure all communications are professional, timely and appropriately handled using the best medium, for both internal and external correspondence.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Send routing, follow up with origin and update customer with status at all stages till freight arrives in Saudi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Update the tracking sheet with freight status and send to the customer on daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Negotiate rates with Carriers and update the Export Rate sheet in share point.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Create jobs in CW1 for all export shipments.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Quote Agent &amp; Customers for all export inquiries.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison with customers, carriers and vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Provides regular update to the Line Manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Any other related duties\/projects assigned by the supervisor from time to time to meet the business needs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Educational Qualifications &amp;
